Our PTC Creo Classes
PTC Creo (originally Pro/Engineer) is the "original" Parametric CAD tool. Our classes leverage that fundamental foundation, as well as take advantage of the newest capabilities that have been developed through the Wildfire and Creo releases. Built on our most popular "Intro to FEA" class for Creo Simulate, our class offering expands to advanced Nonlinear and Dynamic FEA, as well as Mechanism Kinematics with MDX/MDO. Leveraging new capabilities and partnerships, keep an eye out in the future for classes on Topology Optimization, Additive Manufacturing, and Computational Fluid Dynamics!
Problem Based Learning
Problem-based learning (PBL) is a dynamic classroom approach where students acquire deeper knowledge through active exploration of real-world challenges and problems. This style of active learning exposes attendees to open-ended problems, with no single answer, just like in engineering product development. PBL contrasts with ineffective one-way lectures which present established mathematical theories, and software training focused on the “picks and clicks.”
